We use software that well exceeds U.S. Department of Defense security standards to clean your hard drives.

When it involves recycling computer hardware or the destruction of parts or systems, Novia Networks is diligent in eliminating the risk of any customer related data falling into the wrong hands. We completely eradicate all customer data from electronic devices prior to resale or recycling via DOD Software protocols, and / or physical destruction of the products. After destruction, the materials are processed by our ISO14001 certified, HIPAA compliant recycling partner and Certificates of Destruction are available upon request.

In the event that software cannot be used to destroy the data or you require destruction, the media storage devices will be physically destroyed at our facility. We separate the product to be destroyed and send to a licensed Hazardous Waste Hauler for precious-metal-containing material. Our partner in this procedure is ISO 14001 certified, HIPAA compliant, EPA licensed and is routinely inspected several times per year.
